For pursuing a specialisation in Physics, the student must pass the following eligibility criteria:

Passed BA/B.Sc/B.Com from a recognised university.

Have an aggregate of 50% with 45% for the reserved caste in graduation.
Scope of B.Ed. in Physics
After pursuing a specialisation in Physics in B.Ed., students can pursue their careers in various career fields such as Policy Analyst, Resource Manager, Information Officer, Historian, or an archivist. A person with a specialisation in Physics can earn up to Rs. 4-8 LPA.
